Carrico Aquatic Resources, Inc. is a leading service provider in the commercial swimming pool and spa industry. With offices in Iowa and Wisconsin, we partner with clients throughout the midwest with products and services designed to maximize efficiency in all aspects of aquatic operations and management.

As a result of continued growth, we are adding an Account Manager/Delivery Driver to our team in Iowa. The selected candidate will be responsible for traveling (vehicle provided) to aquatic facilities throughout central and northwestern Iowa. This position will require less than 10% overnight travel. Candidates should be able to consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds.

General Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage existing client relationship to promote our products and services
• Meet or exceed client retention goals (98%)
• Act as Project Coordinator for new sales by coordinating ordering, shipping, installation, start-up and training on products
• Perform light service and preventive maintenance work with occasional equipment installations
• Delivery of products and equipment to accounts throughout the territory
• Assist in organizing and represent Carrico Aquatic Resources, Inc. at trade shows
• Participate in research and development projects
• Be engaged in our industry, always seeking new products and services that will maintain our competitive edge and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Insurable Driving Record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
