We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry to join our team. As a Housekeeper/Laundry, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our hotel rooms, as well as handling laundry duties. Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and well-maintained
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and towels
- Sort and organize dry cleaning items
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Skills:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
