Medical Secretary needed for Medical Clinic.

Must have experience with verification of medical benefits with Medicare, Private Insurance and Workers' Compensation.

Responsible for answering phones, greeting and checking in and out patients, collecting co-pays, filing, etc...

Fluent in Spanish is required for this position. You will be required to speak and understand Spanish Fluently for this position.

Must have a good personality on the phone and in person.

Must be able to multi-task.

Must have friendly caring personality.

Professional look and personality.

Hours are Monday – Friday 7:45 am to 5 pm. Must be able to arrive to work on time every day.

Professional appearance. No visible tattoos, no excessive piercings

Must have reliable transportation

Spanish speaking is necessary - must be fluent

Must be able to work individually and as a team player, and be able to multi-task.
