Schedule: 3:00pm – 1:30 am; Monday – Thursday

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the safety and productivity of all production employees on the second shift. The 2nd Shift CNC lead is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed promptly and within all quality parameters. As the 2nd shift lead, you’ll provide information to the team, act as a resource, assist with training, and may be asked to participate in the hiring process.
What Will Your Job Look Like?
Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees on the second shift.
Enforce all safety and quality procedures.
Enable effective communications between management and employees.
Support Plant Manager in training new employees and coaching existing employees.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Suggest continuous improvements and implement cost-saving ideas.
Motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule.
Run CNC production jobs as required.
Ensure building is closed properly.
All You Need Is...
High School diploma or GED
5 years of machining experience
Experience in CNC Machining and Grinding
Proven leadership, verbal communications, and interpersonal skills
Time management, scheduling, and prioritization skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to appropriately prioritize resources based upon needs.
