- Providing technical support to users in the following areas: Windows 10, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Account Resets & creations, network connectivity, printing, remote support and create OS images.
- Providing all Help Desk related activities for users, with escalation when needed.
- Must maintain a good record of assets, and software licensing.
- Must possess strong communication skills.
