Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to oversee our warehouse operations and coordinate site activities for our commercial projects. The Warehouse Manager and Site Coordinator will work closely with our expeditor to ensure efficient staging of jobs, timely receipt of materials, and accurate inventory management. Additionally, this role will involve regular site visits to monitor project progress, attend meetings with contractors, and ensure compliance with installation guidelines and schedules.

Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse inventory, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining stock levels of flooring materials and supplies.

Collaborate with the expeditor to coordinate the staging of customer jobs.

Verify that all material is accounted for and loaded properly into installer's vehicle. Ensure that installers have appropriate attire and tools. Upon completion of jobs, review paperwork for accuracy and confirm all installation guidelines are adhered to.

Attend site meetings for commercial jobs with contractors and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes. Work closely with Commercial Project Manager for instruction and follow-up.

Hold monthly meetings with installers and provide necessary training to ensure that installers adhere to company policy, guidelines, and specifications, maintain quality standards, and adhere to project schedules.

Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse and on job sites.

Collaborate with sales and project management teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse management, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Knowledge of flooring materials and installation processes preferred.

Experience in project coordination or site management is a plus.

Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to operate a forklift and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
