Job Summary : Direct supervision of assigned staff to include : staff scheduling, initial staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, orientation and training, and review of productivity targets.

Responsible for oversight of equipment maintenance, PMs and repairs. Primary oversight for modality accreditations, Joint Commission requirements and adherence to state and federal guidelines as applicable.

Qualifications : Graduate of accredited Radiology program registered by ARRT with a minimum of two (2) years, full time work equivalent work experience.

Considerable skills in motivating and communicating with staff and others. Ongoing participation in continuing education.

Thorough knowledge & skill performing radiology procedures. Current BLS certification required.
