Job Summary: Manage the lifecycle of staff by ensuring that authorized users have the right access to company systems, data, and applications. Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, off boarding, and staff account updates from entry to terminations. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Handle escalated customer inquiries and support tickets as they relate to identity access by working with Human Resources and other departments when adding or deleting new employees, contract employees or students and volunteers. Monitor processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of entries for new staff and transfers. Assist other Identity Access staff with responses to audits for timeliness of entries. Reviewing procedures for compliance with enterprise access control policies. Assessing processes and controls for effectiveness and compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Qualifications: Associate degree and at least eight years’ experience using computer applications related to Identity Access Management. Applications include Active Directory, Microsoft email and office applications, Excel, Microsoft Identity Management platform and other related applications. Seven years’ experience in Identity Management Specialist role is required. Can coordinate IAM workloads in absence of IAM coordinator. Has demonstrated Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to teach others to follow and stay on standard work processes and procedures is essential for this role.
