Job Title : Teacher Assistant
Summary : As a Teacher Assistant at Daycare Name , you will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children.
Your role will involve assisting in classroom activities, implementing curriculum plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
Requirements :
AAS Degree or Certificate in Child Care Field (Required)
Responsibilities :
Assist Lead Teacher : Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities that align with the daycare's curriculum.
Engage Children : Interact and engage with children in various educational and recreational activities, encouraging their development and participation.
Safety and Supervision : Maintain a safe and secure environment by supervising children during playtime, meals, and outdoor activities, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with Lead Teacher : Work closely with the lead teacher to ensure a cohesive and organized classroom environment.
Record Keeping : Assist in maintaining records of children's progress, behavior, and any necessary paperwork.
Support Daily Operations : Help with daily tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and preparing materials for activities.
