  QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Residency training in family practice, internal medicine, physical medicine & rehab
  • Fellowship training in sports medicine preferred
  • BE/BC in respective specialty

  • • 7 Fellowship trained/certified orthopedic surgeons (Total Joint Arthroplasty, Sports Medicine, Shoulder/Elbow, Hand) 
    • 7 Advanced practice providers 
    • PT & OT on site
    • Athletic Trainers contracted with local High schools in 4 counties
