 Job Summary: The CRMC Foundation is seeking an Office Administrator who will perform administrative and executive secretarial duties for the Executive Director. The Office Administrator is responsible for maintaining all financial records and files of the Foundation, as well as minutes of Foundation meetings and some correspondence.

 Minimum Requirements: Four-year degree preferred, and at least five years of experience in secretarial/administrative work, preferably in the office of a Senior Executive. Successful candidate must be proficient in both Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word with good accounting skills and excellent verbal and written skills. The candidate should be comfortable working in a small office atmosphere 25 hours per week.
