JOBSUMMARY

The Occupational Therapistprovides occupational therapy to patients who require restoration of physicaland mental functioning in order to gain independence in self-care and otheractivities. May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aides.QUALIFICATIONS Certificate or degree from an accredited occupational therapyschool. Licensed by the state in which the Occupational Therapist resides orpractices, if state requires, and has received certification from the NationalBoard for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.(NBCOT).

QUALIFICATIONSCertificate or degree from an accredited occupational therapy school.Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable).
