Qualifications

• LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology
• Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution with two years of supervised social work experience as required by NC Social Work Certification and Licensure Board
• Valid and up-to-date credentials in NC

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial mental health evaluations assessing the needs and formatting a treatment plan individual to each patient
• Completes face to face or telehealth visits based on treatment plan
• Documenting clinical report following treatment session

Carolina Therapy Connection is a therapist-owned, private pediatric outpatient practice with sensory clinic locations in Greenville, Goldsboro, and New Bern, North Carolina. For the past 14 years, CTC has been providing OT, PT, ST, mental wellness/counseling, and educational services to children and adult of all ages and diagnoses.
