The Role:

As a Scalehouse Operator, you'll serve as the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing trucks at our construction site. Your responsibilities will include weighing trucks accurately, managing scalehouse operations efficiently, and maintaining meticulous records of materials in and out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the scalehouse equipment to ensure accurate weighing of trucks.
• Coordinate with drivers for the efficient loading and unloading of materials.
• Record and document all transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in scalehouse operations or similar roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
