A Bartender has a variety of duties and responsibilities, including:

*Verify identification and age requirements of customers

*Mix traditional and creative cocktails *Process payment from customers

*Clean glasses and bar utensils

*Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences

*Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift

*Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere

In addition, our bartenders will act as servers in the bar area of the restaurant. Those duties include but are not limited to:

*Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system

*Making menu item recommendations

Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff

*Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality

*Providing attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals

*Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary

*Performing cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area

*Must be willing and available nights, weekends & holidays
