Carolina Roadside Assistance is looking to hire roadside technicians immediately (1099 Contractors) in the following areas:
Flexible work pattern as full and part-time hours are available. Ideal for person wanting to supplement income.
Job role:
● Provide emergency roadside such as lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire change services.
● Possible battery installs
● Liaise with manager and feedback outcome of all jobs
● Accept and complete all assigned jobs
● Able to work outside in various weather conditions
● Maintain consistent excellent attendance record
What you need:
● Experience in automotive repair, roadside assistance and/or towing industry (Required and Essential)
● Excellent customer service
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Must have the required tools:
-3 ton floor jack, impact wrench or 4-way bar
-Jump Box/ Battery Cables
- 2Gal Gas Can
Optional tools
- Socket set
- Screw drivers
- Jack stands
Tools will be confirmed before job commencement.
● Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds; bend, kneel and balance to change tires, inspect and use hand tools to provide service.
● Smart phone and willing to download appropriate apps.

Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour
