Carolina Resort Company LLC is a small business in NC. that operates a unique boutique hotel in Topsail Beach, NC. We are looking for a Property Caretaker to actively manage the day to day housekeeping and operation of our beautiful 4 unit hotel. You will work independently insuring our incoming guests have a clean room and all the supplies they need for a great stay as well as provide towels service for guests that are staying over and stock our self service snack bar in the lobby. You will see that all the public areas of the property provide a great sense of arrival and curb appeal. This is a great summer job that will be full time hours during the summer months and may include picking up additional hours at our sister property in Surf City. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to south end of Topsail each day.

Collect and separate all laundry from guest rooms.

Review all incoming laundry for stains that need to be pre-treated.

Wash, dry, and fold sheets, towels, and other bedding and sort on shelves.

Clean guest rooms after departure and provide the next guest with a great arrival experience when they walk into the room that you have carefully and meticulously cleaned for them.

Inspect property daily including outdoor shower facility, grounds, and public spaces for our guests.
