```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations within the organization.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance projects and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory.
- Monitor and manage the budget for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in maintenance management.

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage.
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to effectively manage a team.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
