Responsibilities and Duties

· This individual would be responsible for interaction with Quality Control and Production Personnel 

· Prepare shipping documents for Customer shipments (BOLs, labels, etc.)

· Prepare parts for shipping, taking care to package to prevent damage during shipping.

· Work closely with the Operations/Inventory Team to ensure all proper paperwork is provided to the Customer

· Assist with the prioritization and management of shipments

· Ensure correct labels with descriptions are printed

· Obtain correct information for shipment as required

· Receive in daily shipments and disperse to the proper locations.

· Assist with materials handling/storage

· Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

· Deliver/Pick up parts/materials/supplies as needed

· Perform additional operational/fulfillment tasks that support other departments as needed

· Follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain departmental housekeeping standards

Qualifications and Skills

· 2-3 years related experience in a shipping/warehouse environment.

· Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing

· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including a understanding of Excel

· Ability to drive Forklift

· Able to lift min. 50 lbs safely

· A working knowledge of Shoptech/E2 a plus

· Good attention to detail
