Shipping and Receiving responsibilities include:

• Receiving and stocking parts in the warehouse.
• Responsible for new parts returns to OEM vendors.
• Prepping and shipping core and warranty shipment to vendors.
• Printing daily sales receipts.
• Preparing and printing shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.
• Preparing boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped.
• Tracking inventory and reports any shortages.
• Contacting carriers as needed and schedule shipping.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed.
• Spot check inventory and update any changes.
• Forklift certified.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Truck, Auto or Equipment parts experience
• Computer skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail oriented and capable of noticing small errors
• Capable of managing time effectively and multi-tasking
• Demonstrates familiarity with all warehouse safety precautions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
