HVAC Technicians service and diagnose heating and air conditioning systems. They hold the proper EPA certifications and are knowledgeable in HVAC systems. They understand refrigerant cycles, electrical components, and airflow principles. They are able to troubleshoot systems and diagnose problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

1.  Customer Service: . You must have strong communication skills: the ability to interact with a customer professionally, clearly describe issues, and provide recommendations.

2.  Mechanical Knowledge: You must be able to diagnose and repair HVAC and system and various related components.

3.  Time Management: Time management and organizational skills: the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively, and pay attention to details are also necessary in this role. 

4.  Focus on Details: The ability to document work performed and maintain accurate records is required.

5. Team Work: The ability to work well as a part of a team or alone is required. You must be able to adapt to our team and embody our core values.

Qualifications

1. We ask that you are able to read wire diagrams and manuals as well as use specialized HVAC tools, refrigerants, and equipment.

2. You must be able to lift 75 Lbs. We also ask that you are comfortable working on ladders, heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather. 

3. You must be willing to participate in continued training on professional development, updates on industry trends, new equipment, and new regulations.
