• 11 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday (Irmo)
• 9 am - 2 pm Sunday-Thursday (Chapin)
• 7 am-12/4:30 pm Hours Vary (Lexington)
• 12 pm -5 pm Monday - Friday (NE Columbia)
• Midday Shifts (PRN)

Meal Planning and Preparation, Light Housekeeping and Laundry, Companionship, Conversation, Errands, and Transportation Appointments, Assisting in Exercise and Range of Motion Activities, Bathing, Dressing, and Maintaining Hygiene, Medication Reminders and Administration, Transfer, and Ambulation, Monitoring Vitals, and much more

Wellhaven Home Care Personal Care Aides candidates MUST :

• Pass a Background Check
• Submit to a drug screen
• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Have a minimum of 6 months of experience providing care

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00

Duties:

• Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
• Charting or taking notes for others to review
• Providing companionship and supportive listening
• Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
• Taking vitals, height, and weight
• Feeding clients
• Maintaining patient’s health equipment
• Responding to emergencies
• Transporting clients to appointments
• Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
