Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our establishment. Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are properly measured and prepared according to recipes
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to accurately process customer orders and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed, ensuring products are properly stored and rotated
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet operational needs

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a grocery store, restaurant, or kitchen setting is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
