We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Fence Installation Helper. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced installation team to assist in the installation and maintenance of various types of fences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of work sites by clearing debris, digging holes, and ensuring proper measurements and markings.
- Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Aid in the installation of fence posts, panels, gates, and related hardware according to established specifications and safety guidelines.
- Assist in the assembly and construction of fences using a variety of materials such as vinyl, chain link, and aluminum.
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
