We are seeking a talented Sign Shop Graphics Specialist to contribute their expertise and creativity to our team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Sign Shop Graphics Specialist to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, particularly in the context of signage production. From concept to completion, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and impactful signs that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce various types of signage, including banners, posters and more, using industry-standard software and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with our Sales Force and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Prepare and preflight artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Operate digital printers, plotters, and other production equipment to produce high-quality prints and graphics.
• Perform finishing tasks such as laminating, mounting, trimming, and installing graphics as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and cataloging of digital assets and materials.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in graphic design, preferably in a sign shop or related industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Knowledge of large format printing and production processes.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
