As an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant in our growing practice, you will need to be able to build relationships with our valued patients,

- Be gentle, efficient, dependable and great chairside mannerisms
- Warm and engaging with the ability to build quick rapport
- An empathetic listener who quickly understands the needs of our discerning patients
- Motivated to learn
- Passionate about the benefits of excellent and high quality dentistry
- Be an ambassador for and promoter of our practice
- Proficient in taking Digital Radiographs and intra-oral photos for education and documentation purposes
- Competent chairside assistant functions and vital elements of the position. Anticipating Dr.’s needs and being several steps ahead
- Be willing to proactively grow the practice by having a high level of accountability, follow-through, and proactively work to increase efficiency and productivity
