Job Summary:

Carolina Cupcakery Bakery is looking for a PT Cupcake/Cake Decorator Trainee to join our creative and talented decorating team. We are located in the Greenbrier West area of Chesapeake. Our ideal candidate has attention to detail, hard worker and is a team player. Job includes lifting up to 50 lbs. Having reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Decorate cupcakes for store and daily orders.
• Assist with cake orders as needed.
• Help set up front case with freshly baked and decorated items.
• Take custom orders with correct pricing.
• Wrap and box finished orders for pickup delivery on a timely manner.
• Clean work areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry, culinary, or a related field is preferred
• Artistic and creative nature
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 29 per week
