Job Summary

• Responsible for on the field performance of CCFC Youth soccer programming
• Responsible for helping create the overarching training program based on the CCFC 1st team methodology
• Responsible for applying training program
• Set objectives and continually review player and coaching staff performance with the Executive Director
• Monitors player development and player placement

Duties & Responsibilities

On Call Hours:

-Must be available and quickly respond to all emergency situations

PlayMetrics:

-Responsible for all programing entries

• Rec, JR Academy, Classic, etc
• Practices
• Other

E64

-Oversee all E64 programming

-Responsible for E64 scheduling

-Coordinate with Director of Operations

-Handle issues if they arise

Oversees and develops supplemental programs with assigned staff

-Volta Liga

-PDT and GK training

-Rec All-Stars

-Other

Coaches:

-Provides guidance, manages responsibilities and expectations, and shares education opportunities for all coaching staff with division heads

-Regularly evaluates coaching staff with ADOCs to ensure training sessions are lead effectively

-Supports player development from one age group to the next

-Provide additional soccer education opportunities (Work with NCYSA and US Soccer)

CCFC Youth Tournaments:

-Assist the Executive Director, Operations Manager, and Scheduler with tournament schedules and reciprocals

-Attend tournaments as additional support

-Works with ADOCs to select targeted tournaments ahead of season for each team and prepares backup options

-Creates Tournament Grid with ADOCs

Assists with Team Tracker:

-Report issues, plan of action and resolution with Communications Coordinator and Executive Director

Manages recommendations for the Team of the Week:

-With Communications Coordinator

Marketing and Promotion:

-Strategize with Marketing Committee and Communications Coordinator on program promotion throughout the year

Position Reports:

-Monthly report due the Monday prior to each board meeting

-Other (player retention, etc.)

Maintain positive relationships with other soccer clubs

Qualifications
Strong leadership skills

Coaching Education - US Soccer D License or Equivalent (minimum)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
