Carolina Coast Harley-Davidson is looking for an energetic, computer proficient, multi tasker to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of this position include but are not limited to, providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general reception, marketing and event activities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
• Manage 7-line phone system
• Monitor email, respond or redirect to appropriate department
• Manage Social Media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Other Marketing
• Send letters as needed
• Event Coordinating
• Create Ads / In-store signs
• Maintain Motorcycle Inventory on website (take pictures, add bikes, remove bikes)
• Other jobs as assigned / needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in computers (MC Excel, MC Word, Outlook, Adobe, etc)
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of Photoshop is a plus
• Previous receptionist experience a plus
• Motorcycle knowledge not required

JOB TYPE

• Full-Time. Tuesday – Friday: 9am-6pm & Saturday: 9am-5pm (40 hours a week) Saturday's Mandatory
