Carolina Center for ABA and Autism Treatment is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We deliver treatment through individualized plans of care, and target socially significant behaviors, enabling the clients we serve to lead more independent, fulfilling lives. As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking to bring on an IT Help Desk Specialist to support the organization’s technology needs. This individual will assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees with respect to both system access as well as device setup. They will also be asked to diagnose and resolves basic issues with workstation hardware and software, network connectivity, and business information systems using defined procedures and common logic. The Technician will interface directly with employees to help resolve any technology issues that arise. The Technician will also work directly with Senior Leaders of the company to develop and execute a device policy while also ensuring security compliance is met. This is a part-time opportunity offering 15-25 hours per week. The ideal candidate is local and able to work out of a corporate location in the Raleigh-Durham area. There is flexibility for a hybrid work week for a local team member.
