Carolina Basement Systems is looking for a Service Inspector to add to our growing team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections to identify problems or issues with equipment that we have installed in customers’ homes or businesses
• Perform both proactive and reactive services
• Perform annual maintenances
• Upsell any supplemental products that would benefit the customer
• Address customer concerns and ensure effective and long-term resolutions

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Previous experience in waterproofing, construction, or home improvement preferred
• Previous experience performing inspections or repairs preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• An enjoyment for hands-on work
• A problem-solving mentality
• Precise attention to detail
• Strong ethics and high integrity
• Commitment to ALWAYS putting the customer first!

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required
• A valid driver’s license required
