Role and Responsibilities

• Manage Switchboard
• Monitor emergency alert panels, fire alarms, door alarms, etc.
• Serve as central coordinator in event of security alarm situation.
• Greet visitors.
• Administrative duties
• Communicate facility emergencies to designated Maintenance and Engineering personnel.
• Prepare material from the Electronic Medical Records system for residents who are being transported to the Emergency Department as requested.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Experience with switchboard
• General office work
• Public relations
• Ability to sit for lengthy periods of time.
• Capable of providing assistance to persons using walkers and wheelchairs
Able to quickly respond to emergencies requiring mobility and strength.

Hours: Relief/PRN (Unscheduled - as our needs meet your availability
