St. Louis's number one independently owned and operated furniture store for over five decades is seeking an Accomplished Customer Service Manager. We're looking for a highly motivated individual who has the leadership and customer service skills to coach and motivate a four person customer service team, and work hands on with customers.

Our customer service department helps our customers (mostly on the phone) with any issues that arise during or after delivery of their furniture. Customer Service job duties include determining the right course of action in each particular situation, setting service calls and exchanges, etc. There is a lot of detailed work and follow through. The customer service manager corresponds regularly with salespeople, sales managers, delivery drivers, and furniture repairmen. Management duties include hiring, training, reviewing, coaching, taking care of escalated service issues, and communicating with other department managers when issues arise to help improve the operation of all departments. We take care of our customers and have the best customer service in St Louis! Hours are Full-Time Monday through Friday 9-5:30. One Saturday per month is generally needed (with a day off during the week).
