The Analyst Planner, Refurbishment Planning will play a pivotal role in the planning phase of refurbishment projects for our Carnival Cruise Line fleet. This individual will work alongside the Refurbishment Planning Director and Manager in activities pertaining to the project development initiative for the Carnival Cruise Line fleet. They will work closely with various departments including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Guest Experience and collaborate with representatives, contractors, experts, and leaders both shipboard and shoreside. The Analyst Planner will contribute to the successful implementation of projects aimed at improving our competitive position, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This individual will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting the development of new projects to enhance our guest experience and operational efficiency.

Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Requires regular movement throughout CCL facilities. May need to stand for long periods of time.
Travel: 25-50% ship and shore-based travel likely
Work Conditions: Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery.
The range for this role’s base salary is $51,600 - $70,000. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
