We're currently seeking an Attorney with responsibilites include appearing in Court; drafting motions and other pleadings; communicating with clients; and drafting status reports. The position requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively. This is a good opportunity for an attorney desiring to become involved in various matters from the initial investigation through final trial and appeal. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret legal data.
• Examine and evaluate laws, legal codes, and precedents.
• Serve as the client's advocate and make recommendations to represent the client's best interests in a given situation.
• Summarize the facts of a case.
• Communicate with other professionals to discuss case issues and strategies.
• Communicate with clients and defend their rights.
• Write briefs, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents;.
• Conduct legal research.
• Hold hearings and trials;.
• Interpret laws and constitutional provisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
