Position Summary: The Social Services/ Admissions Coordinator is responsible for providing services to meet the social and/ or emotional needs that affect the residents' ability to achieve their highest level of function; participate in the development of residents' comprehensive care plans; and provide social services to residents in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsible for inquiry and referral generation, handling and completing of the admission process, providing internal and external promotional services, and positively representing the facility in the community. 

Qualifications:

• Good organizational and customer service skills
• Prior knowledge of insurance benefits in regard to long term care.
• Desire to work with older adults.
• One or more years of social work experience is preferred
