Seeking a candidate experienced with medical reception to join our family-owned ophthalmology practice in our Brighton Beach location on Thursdays. Salary starting at $19-20/hour. Looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience with medical office front desk/electronic medical records. Students, particularly those interested in healthcare, are welcome to apply!

Must be familiar with electronic medical records (eClinical Works a plus), scheduling, checking insurance eligibility/benefits, and collecting patient deductibles/copayments. The job also includes answering phone calls/taking messages, responding to emails, sending medical records, and light cleaning of the office. We are looking for someone friendly, a good team player, and ability to multitask.

Initial interview will be conducted over Zoom prior to meeting in-person.
