Carlton Manufacturing is Hiring a Welder Near Mott, TX
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Welder at DATTAACO Manufacturing located in the Waco Area. The Metal Fabricator will be responsible for Welding, Lay Out, Fitting, and assembling complex metal products.
They will also operate forklifts and other machinery as needed. The welder will work closely with the production team to ensure that high-quality products are produced according to project specifications.
Qualifications
Metalworking skills including cutting, shaping, and welding
LAY OUT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
Able to read and understand technical instructions from drawings
Experience working with different types of metal such as steel, aluminum, and copper
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Certifications in metal fabrication or welding would be beneficial
High School Diploma or equivalent certification
If the candidate has extensive team-lead experience additional compensation can be negotiated.
