We are seeking a Hands on, skilled Maintenance Supervisor with HVAC ceritification for our apartment community.

Our maintenance technicians are responsible for all aspects of maintenance of the property, including timely completion of all apartment make ready work, repairs and service requests. Maintenance Technicians must have the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail.

Candidate should be responsible, reliable, hands on and committed. The ideal candidate will have great leadership and management experience, plumbing and electrical skills, ability to troubleshoot daily issues accurately.

HVAC certification (along with 2 years on hands experience maintaining and replacing units) is required.

Certified Pool Operator is preferred, but overall experience will be considered.

Candidate should posses experience with plumbing and drain issues.

Candidate should posses experience with electrical issues.

Supervisor position includes inventory ordering, assist in the hiring/training of new staff, handling larger projects, work directly with the Owners/Property Manager on budget, working with vendors.

Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to minimize liability concerns and ensure excellent curb appeal at all times.

As needed, assist with move out and turnover repairs in the apartments.

As needed, perform routine preventive maintenance.

Candidate must possess a high standard of work quality and be committed to maintaining a high level of customer service.

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Work as part of a team in leadership capacity, and be available for rotating weeks of on call.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
