We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with the ability to train others in Mazatrol to join our team of approx. 75 skilled machinists in our safe, friendly, and climate-controlled advanced manufacturing facilities.

Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the manufacturing of high-quality parts up to 160″ long and up to 36″ in diameter by creating CNC lathe programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation.

Starting pay ranges from $29 - $33/hr, plus an additional 10% shift differential with generous perks and benefits including:

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 5 years of experience operating CNC Lathe machines is required.
• Proficient programming skills using Mazatrol is required.
• Knowledge of Mastercam programming is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
• Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up, Program and Run CNC Lathes
• Training and mentoring others in Mazatrol programming
• Inspect your own parts
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments
• Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
• Maintain a safe working environment
