Job Description
We are a boutique real estate litigation law firm specializing in professional liability and disputes involving real property looking for an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years experience. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of litigation including discovery, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, preparing and arguing motions, conducting mediations, setting claims and handling trials. The successful candidate will have significant client contact and "hands-on" case handling responsibilities under the supervision and mentoring of a senior attorney as needed. We have opportunities for some remote work.
