Floating General Manager/ Training Manager

Here at Carlo’s Bakery, we are introducing an Floating General Manager/Training Manager to our Operations Department as we are currently expanding. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual, with management experience, who has great attend to detail, organizational and time management skills. This role will work directly with the Operations team in supporting all our Retail Store fronts with proper training policy and procedures. In addition, this position will require 80 percent locate travel but will be based out of our Jersey City, NJ Headquarter. This is the perfect opportunity for managers looking to take the next step in their career and step into an Operations role.

Responsibilities:

· Providing excellent training experience for all Store Members, Shift Leads, and Managers by leading new store opening trainings and new hiring training sessions.

· Coaching proper food quality, food safety, and guest services to all store staff

· Creating a training environment where all Store Members understand how to provide the best customer service.

· Partnering with General Managers to ensure that daily operations, training, and all tasks are fulfilled and executed for all locations.

· Conducting onsite visits to experience the locations’ demographic, needs and structure to establish best practices.

· Upholding all Carlo’s Bakery standards and values, while also being a resource to the entire Bakery team

· Communicating with General Managers, Operations and HR Departments to ensure assigned openings are successful and continued success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Quick service restaurant Supervisor or Management: 3 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Jersey City, NJ 07310: Relocate before starting work (Required)
