We are seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician in Warrenton, NC.
Assist Community Manager with maintenance and repairs of assigned property to include grounds, pool, HVAC and appliances, interior and exteriors of buildings and apartment turns. This includes areas such as replacing/repairing appliances, performing repairs and preventative maintenance for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other areas. As requested, this position will be responsible for repairs, such as carpet/vinyl, walls/painting, windows/gutters/doors, and other assorted work orders. Other areas of responsibility will include grounds-keeping and landscaping and other duties as assigned.
This position will require strong interactive skills; to be courteous and professional with the many residents you will encounter. Assist Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor with maintenance and repairs of assigned property to include grounds, pool, HVAC and appliances, interior and exteriors of buildings and outbuildings, and apartment turns..
