Description
Under the direction of the IT End User Support Manager the primary responsibilities of the Systems Engineer End User Support will include implementing, configuring and supporting stable, secure, and efficient End User devices while proactively solving IT issues and supporting end users at all levels. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in enterprise Global End User support. This candidate will also possess excellent troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn new technologies and procedures.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical/business field.
Experience and/or Training:
Licenses/Certificates: Applicable Vendor certifications are a plus
Technology/Equipment: Strong experience with Dell and Avaya Telecom products and Support services
