Carlisle Brake & Friction Inc is Hiring a Director - Marketing Communications Near Carlisle, PA

This role will be located at our Division HQ in Carlisle, PA. Full relocation will be offered.
We are looking for a creative and strategic Director, Marketing Communications to lead our Integrated Marketing Communications team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that is aligned with the CCM organizational goals for growth as well as enhances awareness of brands.
You will oversee both traditional marketing and digital marketing activities to include; advertising, brand development, product line promotion, company public relations, social media, content creation, events, and internal communications. This is a highly collaborative role within the business.
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in marketing and communications management, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. You should also be able to demonstrate creativity, innovation, and vision in developing and executing marketing campaigns that connect with our various target audiences and drive sales results
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our organizational objectives and vision.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing and communications activities across all platforms and channels, including print, digital, social media, etc.
  • Manage the marketing and communications budget and allocate resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of marketing and communications specialists and ensure high-quality output and performance.
  • Conduct market research and VOC analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using various metrics and tools.
  • Create and maintain a positive image and reputation for our organization among internal and external stakeholders including contractors, specifiers and building owners as well as company employees.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key media contacts and influencers and secure favorable coverage for the CCM organization.
  • Oversee the production of engaging and compelling content for various platforms and audiences to include company websites, blogs, newsletters, press releases, brochures, videos, podcasts, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards related to marketing and communications.
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) – In this capacity, the director would be responsible for managing implementation and launch of salesforces CRM technology for Carlisle Construction Materials.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required. A Master’s degree in marketing is preferred.
  • An MBA would also be preferred if it includes a marketing concentration
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and communications management
Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:
  • Experience in the construction and/or building materials industry, with knowledge of the sales channel.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, practices, techniques, tools, channels, and trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with other relevant applications like Sitecore, Wordpress, Salesforce, ProWorkFlow and Marketo.
