- Proven tow motor skills required
- Safe work habits, especially when operating a fork truck
- Great communication skills
- Ability to see the big picture as it pertains to the area and situation.
- Extreme attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Passionate about neatness and organization
- Positive attitude - ability to recognize that the rest of the plant is our customer, and treat them as such
- Self-motivated & self-directed, people that need very little motivation
- High energy and has the ability to energize others
- Open to new challenges and opportunities
- Shows up to work every day
- Identifies issues and offers solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift on our rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule
