We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Health Coach to join our team. As a Health Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. If you have a strong background in motivational interviewing, care plans, and educating clients on healthy lifestyle choices, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one health coaching sessions with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans
• Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other aspects of healthy living
• Provide guidance and support to clients in achieving their weight loss goals
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients and promote behavior change
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as registered dietitians and behavioral health specialists, to provide comprehensive care
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in health coaching and wellness

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Health Coach or similar role
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise science, and behavioral health principles
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques
• Experience developing personalized care plans for clients
• Background in weight loss coaching is preferred
• Additional certifications in yoga or personal training are a plus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nutrition, exercise science, public health)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and motivate them towards positive change
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
