The Contract Compliance Specialist acts as a primary contact for all communications, customer care and inquiries related to customer sales contracts. This is a collaborative position with the many partners within ZEISS including but not be limited to order administration, finance, sales, legal, logistics, accounts receivables, and other ZEISS entities. The Contract Compliance Specialist reviews agreements and monitors compliance to the terms and conditions.
As a CA State Board of Pharmacy licensed Designated Representative, the individual will also assist management in all aspects of purchasing, storage, distribution, and inventory management of prescription medical devices.
Requirements:
· Currently licensed as a CA State Board of Pharmacy Designated Representative or able to meet all requirements to obtain the Designated Representative License in the State of CA and an equivalent role in other states, as applicable.
· A minimum of three years of paid work experience, with at least one year of paid work experience in the past three years, related to the distribution or dispensing of dangerous drugs or dangerous devices in a licensed pharmacy, drug wholesaler, drug distributor, or drug manufacturer.
· Must successfully complete a training program pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 4053
· Fingerprints are required to be submitted with the application using Live Scan.
· Collaborative communication skills.
· Customer service skills that will support successful response to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
· Ability to respond to regulatory inquiries.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
· Self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Must work well in a team environment.
· College degree or equivalent preferred
The hourly pay range for this position is $56.00 -$65.00.
The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
This position is eligible for a performance bonus. ZEISS also offers robust benefits, including medical plans, retirement savings plan and paid time off.
