Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during your designated shifts.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations during assigned shifts
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Assist in training new employees
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

Skills:
- Experience in food handling and restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to assist in kitchen management tasks
- Familiarity with coffee preparation is advantageous
- Hospitality or hotel industry background is beneficial
