Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hub Manager to oversee the operations of our hub location. As a Hub Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Knowledge of in home furniture, appliance, and bedding setup is a plus.
Duties:
- Manage the overall operations of the hub, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Supervise and train hub staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized hub environment
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process for new team members
- Create employee schedules
- Oversee payroll for hub staff
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Skills:
- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent team management abilities, including supervising, training, and motivating employees
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with payroll processing and basic HR functions
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in management and creating employee schedules
